Oddly,I like the pairing of the Rebel X with the cheap Quantaray zoom lens. I wasn’t expecting the sun to be out all morning and thought the 400 film I was using would come out overexposed but the Quantaray helped give some good results. It even helped to add some grain which I liked.

I probably won’t use them together again because I just wanted to see if the X was working right. I would definitely use the Quantaray with the 630 because the 630 has the weight and fit in my hands that I like. The X was too light and small.

The Thug: Is It A Movie Or A Demo?

I changed my mind (it happens when you have too many cameras to choose from) and went out with the Rebel X instead of the Yashica J7. To make things a little interesting,I used this old,cheap Quantaray lens I have had for a couple years but have rarely used. It zooms out to 28mm so I did many wide angle shots downtown. I will be posting later.
